Alpujarreña has 'hand-made' & 'custom-made' carpets in La Zubia, Spain, since 1922.

The entire carpet-making process is carried out in-house at Alpujarreña. Starting with the designing of sketches and cartoons, followed by the dying of wools, the assembly of looms, weaving and finishing.

Only high quality materials, mostly natural products such as cotton, jute, linen and pure new wool are used.

The carpet is made to the requirements of each customer regarding measurements, shape, colour, design and texture. The end result is a 'unique' Alpujarreña carpet.
