Heron Parigi
Heron Parigi is a manufacturer of design furniture for home, office and contract. Situated in the heart of Tuscany, Borgo San Lorenzo, near Florence, native land of Giotto and the Medici family, few kilometres away from the Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello. Heron Parigi started in 1965 as producer of drawing tables and drafting machines and from 1980 it changed the production into office furniture, a lot of our products are created for the home too. Concepts are derived from a family tradition of "love for metal" and started in 1965 as producer of design drawing tables and drafting machines, really peculiar for that time. During the last fifteen years HERON PARIGI left the production of drawing tables and drafting machines, strengthening the manufacture of metal furniture both for the home and office. Heron Parigi along with Paolo Parigi - partner and design director - won a lot of international design awards. Several of its designs are incuded in permanent collections around Europe and got important awards, such as Compasso d'Oro, Premio Smau, 5 Stelle ADI Tecnhotel - Genova, IBD Product Design Award - New York, Good Design Award - Tokyo.
